Lead Time

First of all, we'd like to express our apologies for the long lead time of our custom transformers. Due to the overwhelming responses for customized solutions, the orders are more than what we can manage right now. 

Lead time is currently 4 weeks on average. If you planned to work on your project on a certain date, please order your transformers 2 months prior to that to avoid disappointment. 

We have been thinking for quite some time on how to resolve this problem. For producing a product, there is always 3 factors that come into our mind - quality, speed, and price. All three factors work against each other unfortunately.

• If you want it fast with high quality, it will be expensive.
• If you want high quality and low price, it will take long.
• If you want it fast with low price, quality will suffer. 
• If you want all 3, we're sorry that it does not exist. 

 

We have chosen the path to have high quality with decent price, and therefore it will take longer time to be produced. If you are unsatisfied with this methodology, please think twice before ordering, and please buy from someone else if you cannot wait. We are very sorry we cannot help you here. Another way of working around it is to please buy our on-the-shelf products like the ALIS and AL0S products. Those can be delivered faster than the customized orders.
